The current service

HyperOrganic is in early development. The current account service lets you sign in, save your company website, and create a workspace. Creating an account does not book a creator, launch a campaign, or authorize a charge. Features described on the website may still be in development.

Your account

Use an email address you control and provide accurate account information. Keep your sign-in codes and connected accounts secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. If you use HyperOrganic for a company, you must have permission to act on its behalf.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. Do not impersonate someone else, access accounts or workspaces without permission, interfere with the service, or bypass its security controls. Only submit information you have the right to share.

Your information

You keep ownership of the information you submit. We process it to operate your account and workspace as described in our Privacy notice. These terms do not give us permission to use your information beyond those disclosed purposes.

Availability and account access

The service may change or be interrupted as development continues. We may restrict access to address misuse, security issues, or legal requirements. You can stop using the service at any time and request account deletion by contacting us.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
