Privacy

Information we receive

When you create an account, we store the name you confirm, your email address, account identifier, sign-in records, and workspace information, including the company website you choose to submit. If you use Google sign-in, Google shares your account identifier, verified email address, and basic profile information, which may include your name and profile photo. Google sign-in does not give us access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or Google password.

Our hosting and service providers receive technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and error logs when serving the website. We also receive information you send when you contact us or book a demo.

How we use it

We use account information to verify sign-in, maintain your account and workspace, control access, and troubleshoot problems. Your name may identify you as the sender on invitations you share. We use contact and booking information to respond to your requests. Google account information is used for authentication and account management, not advertising or training AI models.

Creators

If you set up a creator page, you verify your X account through X. X gives us your account identifier, handle, name, bio, profile photo and follower count, and access that lets us read your posts and who liked them and stay connected until you disconnect. We keep that access encrypted, use it for the posts brands book you for, and never post, like, follow or send messages for you.

We also store what you add: your bio, niches, rates, past brands and links to those posts, any audience screenshot you upload, and your phone number with your consent to texts about orders and campaigns. We summarize your audience from your recent public posts and the public profiles of your followers.

Your creator page at hyperorganic.ai/@handle shows your X profile, bio, niches, rates, post statistics, audience summary and past brands. A brand that books you sees how the posts it booked perform, including private statistics such as link clicks, and the people who engaged with them. We text you only with your consent; reply STOP to opt out.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication and database storage. Vercel hosts our applications. Resend delivers email sign-in codes. Google handles Google sign-in. X verifies creator accounts and provides the X information described above. OpenAI reads company websites, audience screenshots and public profile information to prepare research and audience summaries. Our demo booking integration uses Cal.com. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts and Fontshare; these services receive the connection information needed to deliver fonts. Providers process information needed to perform these services under their own terms and privacy policies.

Cookies and security

We use cookies to maintain sign-in and preserve your submitted website and invitation during account setup. Production session cookies are encrypted in transit and cannot be read by page scripts. Workspace access is checked against your account membership. These controls reduce risk, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and your choices

Account and workspace information remains stored while your account is active. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing michael@hyperorganic.ai. We may need to verify account ownership before making changes. Deleted information may remain in backups or provider logs until those records expire under the provider's retention settings.

You can remove HyperOrganic's access to your X account in X's connected apps settings, and HyperOrganic's Google access in your Google Account connections. Removing either connection does not by itself delete information already stored in HyperOrganic.
